TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Xtreme Pro Detailers LLC.

1. Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are applied to the total balance.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service.

We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Afterpay (when available)

• Other approved payment methods

• Final pricing is determined upon vehicle inspection.

• Excessive pet hair, stains, biohazards, mold, or heavy contamination may require additional charges.

• Customer must provide safe access to the vehicle and work area.

• Results vary depending on paint condition and vehicle age.

• Paint correction improves defects but does not guarantee 100% removal.

• Proper maintenance is required to maintain coating durability.

Xtreme Pro Detailers LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Loose trim or emblems

• Previously repaired panels

• Electrical issues unrelated to our service

As a mobile service provider, appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
